What to Report

You are encouraged to report:

  • Suspected unauthorized access to website systems
  • Suspicious or abusive activity involving the website
  • Suspected fraud, impersonation, or misuse of the Eciphers name or brand
  • Content or behavior that violates our Acceptable Use Policy

How to Submit a Report

Reports should be submitted with sufficient technical detail to allow us to understand and investigate the issue, where available:

  • A description of what happened or was observed
  • The date and time of the incident
  • The affected page, feature, account, or resource
  • Any supporting information, such as screenshots or logs
